The face behind the programs:

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.  I have trained soldiers and civilians for 7+ years in areas ranging from strength, muscle building, and fat loss/definition.  I have trained people across the globe to reach their goals in fitness and health (New Zealand, California, New York, Minnesota, Georgia and more).  No lifestyle is too hard for me to train around–I always find a way to make fitness FIT.

My business name says it all really–I fuse fitness styles to fit each individual.  Some like cross-fit while others like traditional body building…or a little bit of both.  Some people use me to kick-start their training regime while others use me longer for accountability.  Every plan, every session, is very individual.

The training plans are only as good as the effort YOU put in to them.  The magic isn’t in a powder, pill or shake…it’s the person reading this right now that has it in them already–you just have to find what works for YOU.
